The white villages of Andalusia: Seville, Córdoba, the pueblos blancos. A small single-storey house and a large walled garden, because in that climate the garden is the room you actually live in.

The house

The house sits beside a walled garden.

The casita: single storey, a tiled roof, set to one side of its own plot with space to the neighbour. It covers a third of the land, and the other two thirds are one walled garden.

The code

Four rules, so the garden stays the point.

  1. Single storey only.On a 300 sqm plot.
  2. A third for the house.No more than one third of the plot, set to one side, with space to the boundary.
  3. Two thirds for the garden.One continuous garden: not split, not paved, not parked on.
  4. A wall to the street, with one gate.Up to 1.8 m, wall or hedge. The one quarter where a street wall is allowed, because the garden is private.

We give you a receipt, contract of sale, allocation letter, provisional survey, and Deed of Assignment. However, you are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.

On the land now

Found clear. Official government charting is in progress. The estate's registered survey and land clearing are in progress too.

What we do not promise

A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years, and you do not have to build by any date.

The first two hundred names are cast into the Founders' Wall just inside the gate. Pre-launch buyers are the first names on it.

Questions

About Altana Sevilla.

Why only one storey?

Because the garden is the living room in Sevilla. A single-storey house on a third of the plot leaves two thirds for one private garden, and no neighbour looks down into it.

Can I design my own house?

Yes, inside the Altana Sevilla code: your architect designs the house, and the code keeps the street the way it was designed. If you want no quarter style at all, look at Altana Libero, which is open now.

Is this a finished estate?

No. Altana is a land bank: you buy the land today and hold it while the area around it grows. The pictures of the future on this page are AI impressions, not yet built.

When can I build?

You do not have to build by any date. We expect building across Altana to start in 6 to 10+ years, and when you build, the Altana Sevilla code applies.

What do I receive?

With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment, all in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited.
