Where it comes from
The Bali resort villa: low buildings under deep overhanging roofs, raised off the ground and open to the garden on every side. It is what Nigerians mean by resort living, and it suits Remo's sun and rain.
The house

We give you a receipt, contract of sale, allocation letter, provisional survey, and Deed of Assignment. However, you are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.
On the land now
Found clear. Official government charting is in progress. The estate's registered survey and land clearing are in progress too.
What we do not promise
A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years, and you do not have to build by any date.
The first two hundred names are cast into the Founders' Wall just inside the gate. Pre-launch buyers are the first names on it.

About Altana Ubud.
Why is the floor raised?
So you can sit out through the rain with dry feet. A floor at least 600 mm above the ground and a 3 m veranda are what make the Bali house work in Remo's climate.
Can I design my own house?
Yes, inside the Altana Ubud code: your architect designs the house, and the code keeps the street the way it was designed. If you want no quarter style at all, look at Altana Libero, which is open now.
Is this a finished estate?
No. Altana is a land bank: you buy the land today and hold it while the area around it grows. The pictures of the future on this page are AI impressions, not yet built.
When can I build?
You do not have to build by any date. We expect building across Altana to start in 6 to 10+ years, and when you build, the Altana Ubud code applies.
What do I receive?
With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment, all in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited.
