- Get your receipt and contract of sale.We send both after your first payment.
- Pay the rest of the land price within 1 month.Buying more than one plot? You can ask for 3 months. If the land is not fully paid in time, you pay the launch price.
- Pay documentation and development within the next 3 months.Then we send your allocation letter, provisional survey and Deed of Assignment.

What the fee pays for
Documentation and development pays for a fence around the estate, road stabilisation, and marking out your plot.
Your survey and C of O
We give you a receipt, contract of sale, allocation letter, provisional survey, and Deed of Assignment. However, you are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.
On the land now
Found clear. Official government charting is in progress. The estate's registered survey and land clearing are in progress too.
What we do not promise
A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years, and you do not have to build by any date.
The first two hundred names are cast into the Founders' Wall just inside the gate. Pre-launch buyers are the first names on it.

Is there any rule at all?
Only the town-wide Altana code: two floors at most, hedges not walls, three trees on the street edge, the building line, 60% of the plot green, light that points down, no roadside trading, and finish within 24 months of starting. The house itself is yours to design.
Is this a finished estate?
No. Altana is a land bank: you buy the land today and hold it while the area around it grows. The pictures of the future on this page are AI impressions, not yet built.
When can I build?
You do not have to build by any date. We expect building across Altana to start in 6 to 10+ years. When you start, you have 24 months to finish.
What do I receive?
With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment, all in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited.
Can I see the land?
Yes. The site visit is on Saturday 7 November 2026, leaving from our office at 2 Tinuola Close, Akowonjo, Lagos. Book your place on WhatsApp.
