How to check land in Ogun State before you pay.
Check five things before you pay for land: who sells it, whether it is under government acquisition, which account you pay into, what papers you get, and the land itself.

What to check, and Altana's answer.
Ask every seller the same five questions. Here is how Altana answers each.
- Who is selling the land? WyseFlex Limited is the seller on your contract of sale and your Deed of Assignment.
- Is it under government acquisition? We checked the Altana gate against all 98 gazetted acquisitions on Ogun State's own published map. It is outside every one, and the nearest boundary is 3.3 km from the gate. Charted by Ogun State's Bureau of Lands and Survey on 30 October 2026: free from any known government acquisition.
- Which account do you pay into? Official payment details: Access Bank, WyseFlex, 1996901278. Pay only into WyseFlex Limited's company account, never into a personal account.
- What papers do you get? With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment. All in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited.
- Have you seen the land? Visit the land and our office before you pay. We leave from our office at 2 Tinuola Close, Animashahun Bus Stop, Akowonjo Road, Akowonjo, Lagos.

Is a C of O included?
No. You are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. You get a video and drone shots of the land before you pay, and your documents are issued in your own name. Message us on WhatsApp to start.
What we do not promise
A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years.
