What the fee pays for

We give you a receipt, contract of sale, allocation letter, provisional survey, and Deed of Assignment. However, you are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.
What we do not promise
A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years, and you do not have to build by any date.

You have never regretted a plot you bought right. Only the ones you did not.
The Founders' Wall
The first two hundred names are cast into the wall just inside the gate.
In the middle, the co-founders' plaque: Emmanuel Efosa-Zuwa and Kingsley Michael. Around it, two hundred numbered plates for the first two hundred owners. Then the wall closes. A name goes on it only with its owner's consent.

What is a land bank?
You buy land now, at today's price, and hold it while the area around it grows. Owners build their homes over the years, each to the building code of their quarter.
What else is in the town besides homes?
The plan sets aside land at the front of the town for a school, a clinic and a fire station, beside a park with a playground and a football pitch that is never sold. It places a church and a mosque in the middle of the town, and shops and offices along the main road.
What do I receive when I buy?
With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment. All in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited, which owns the land.
Can I pay over time?
Yes. Pay ₦100,000 to hold your plot. Pay the rest of the land price within 1 month, then documentation and development within the next 3 months. Buying more than one plot? You can ask for 3 months to pay for the land.
When can I build?
You do not have to build by any date. This is land banking: we expect building across Altana to start in 6 to 10+ years. Each quarter has its own building code, so every street grows the way it was designed.
Is a C of O included?
No. We give you a receipt, contract of sale, allocation letter, provisional survey, and Deed of Assignment. However, you are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.
Who is selling the land?
WyseFlex Limited, RC 9878643. It owns the land, so it is the seller on your contract of sale and your Deed of Assignment.
Is the land under government acquisition?
We checked the Altana gate against all 98 gazetted acquisitions on Ogun State's own published map. It is outside every one, and the nearest boundary is 3.3 km from the gate. Found clear. Official government charting is in progress.
How close is the airport?
Ten minutes by road to the airport's back fence, and thirty-one minutes round to the terminal. Both were measured on Google Maps from the Altana gate in September 2026.
Other states built airports and nothing happened. Why is this different?
It is not the airport, it is what is next to it. Gateway sits on the Lagos–Ibadan corridor, within reach of Lagos, and it anchors a free zone and an agro-processing hub.
Is Gateway an international airport?
Its registered name is Gateway International Airport. It is already flying, and it has already handled international flights.
Can I buy from abroad?
Yes. We walk the land with you on a live video call before you pay, and your documents are issued in your own name. Message us on WhatsApp to start.
Can I visit the land?
Yes. The site visit is on Saturday 7 November 2026, leaving from our office in Akowonjo, Lagos. Book your place on WhatsApp, and come and stand on the land before you pay for it.
