Does Altana come with a C of O?
No. With your first payment, a receipt and a contract of sale. Once the land and documentation and development are paid, an allocation letter, a provisional survey of your plot and a Deed of Assignment. All in your own name, from WyseFlex Limited. You are responsible for your plot's registered survey, and a C of O if you want one. We can help you with both if you ask.

Ask any estate
When an estate says C of O, ask four things.
Many estates near the airport mention a C of O. These questions tell you what you are really getting.
- Is the C of O for the whole estate, or for my own plot?
- Whose name is on it? The estate's, the developer's or yours.
- Can I see a copy before I pay?
- Is it a document today, or a promise? Words like "on request" or "processing" mean it is not ready yet.

What do I receive when I buy?

Who is selling the land?
WyseFlex Limited is the seller on your contract of sale and your Deed of Assignment.
Is the land under government acquisition?
We checked the Altana gate against all 98 gazetted acquisitions on Ogun State's own published map. It is outside every one, and the nearest boundary is 3.3 km from the gate. Charted by Ogun State's Bureau of Lands and Survey on 30 October 2026: free from any known government acquisition.
What we do not promise
A house, a resale price or a profit. You are buying land, not a house. We expect building to start in 6 to 10+ years.
